2023 Cadillac XT5 pros and cons (TLDW: the perfect SUV for accountants and librarians)
The 2023 Cadillac XT5 is a midsize SUV that feels deceptively larger than it really is. It's quiet, well featured, and inconspicuous AF. It's easily one of the least flashy Cadillacs of the last 10 years IMHO.
This video is a quick overview of what I consider to be the most important pros and cons.

2023 Jeep Gladiator pros and cons (it ain't perfect lol)
Переглядів 1,9 тис.6 місяців тому
The 2023 Jeep Gladiator is easily one of the weirdest (but most interesting) vehicles I have ever driven. It's a do-everything / go-anywhere truck that can take pretty much anything you can throw at it. I like how easy it is to drive. I don't like how bad it is on gas. I love the way it looks. I hate how cheap it feels. This video is a quick overview of what I consider to be the most important ...
All the things I love (and hate) about the 2021 BMW 330i
Переглядів 9 тис.Рік тому
If you've ever wondered what it was like to drive a 2021 BMW 330i, this is a video worth checking out! It's basically a summary of my feelings about this car after spending two days with one recently - and most of those feelings were good. The 330i is a little quirky though, and it's definitely not for everyone. BMW fanboys will surely hate me for some of the things I have to say about it... FO...

I can't believe it's been 7 years! I purchased my 2012 Mustang GT in January 2016, and it's been an amazing car. No complaints from me at all (well, not big ones anyway). Why I love (and totally hate) the 2021 Kia Soul
Переглядів 16 тис.Рік тому
The 2021 Kia Soul is pretty darn far from being the most exciting car on the market, but it is easily one of the most practical. Yes, I think it's really ugly. But that doesn't prevent it from being the perfect daily driver IMHO. Heck - after a full day of driving a 2021 Soul around Michigan back roads, I'm convinced that it might be my next car. My next *daily driver* that is - I'd still need ...
2021 Toyota Tacoma pros and cons (it's far from perfect)

2018 Nissan Versa full-throttle acceleration (prepare to laugh)

The 2018 Nissan Versa is a perfectly fine car for basic transportation use cases. However, it is not the car for anyone who enjoys spirited acceleration every now and then. 2018 Nissan Versa review (basically the worst car ever)

With the rental car shortage in full swing, you never really know what you're going to get until they hand you the keys. I recently had the need to rent a car for an afternoon, and they gave me a 2018 Nissan Versa SV. By far the worst rental car I've ever had. Why I chose to do a full review of a car this bad I'll never know, but I will admit that I started to like it after the first hour or so...
Full-throttle 0-60 rips in a 2021 Ford Mustang Mach E!

Ever since I posted my 2021 Ford Mustang Mach E review several months ago, I’ve been getting a lot of questions about how it accelerates. Long story short, it’s fast - but not “insanely” fast. Everything I HATE about the 2021 Mustang Mach E
Переглядів 4,4 тис.3 роки тому
After driving around a 2021 Ford Mustang Mach E (First Edition) for an entire day, it wasn’t hard to identify a list of things that I hated about it. The Mach E is an amazing vehicle (no doubt about it), but there are a few areas where it falls short. Many of the things that I mention are petty, for sure, but this is far from a perfect vehicle. Переглядів 1,6 тис.3 роки тому
I recently had the opportunity to drive a 2021 Ford Mustang Mach E (First Edition), and it was every bit as good as I thought it would be. This particular Mach E First Edition (E4 X) is a dual motor model with 346hp and 428 lb/ft of torque. It’s fast. Ridiculously fast. This Ford Mustang Mach E review shows what it feels like to drive one of these things for the very first time. Considering tha...
Pros and cons of a 2012 Mustang GT for a long road trip

Ugh. I suffered through the entire video waiting for the "Totally Hate" part, and it was either never mentioned, or was glossed over in maybe the little moan about lumbar support? Does that really give credence to the title name? Or is it the looks, that again, you state specifically wanting a boxy, practical shape like the Fit? Wasted my time 🙄

RPM flare under full throttle means the line pressure of the CVT is not stable causing pulley actuator to move back and forth. This usually means your CVT fluid is overheating. If you run a temp gun on the cross flow heatsink, I'm not suprised to see 210F.

I’m tapping out after 6 and a half minutes. Guy is complaining about basic stuff that is easily figured out by most people, and some the car actually tells you what you’re doing wrong. Complaining about not being able to figure out the sun shade. Complaining about a fuel gauge. Complaining about shifting into drive. The car literally gives you a chime and then a screen saying to use the “unlock” button on the shifter (the one right where your thumb would be on the shifter). I believe the screen even has an image of the shifter and where the button is…….

Honestly you should just get an automatic V6. The way your babying this car its kinda doing it a disservice and the v6 still packs a punch 👊 yeah its like 2sec slower in the 0-60 but like bruh for each second you paid like 5k extra for that car and you rarely even drive it. Plus insurance must not be cheap compared to a v6. Like honestly check out the premium 2014 v6 you wont be disappointed.

14:30 Is there no shade you can pull under the glass? Or it's just the glass panel? I know it is a budget sports car, but still this is very important. Probably it's better to buy a carbon fiber roof. Less light, but you won't be cooking inside on hot summer days.

0:52 You don't know why they put chrome wheels on a silver corvette? It's called aesthetics. Black wheels often look better, but in this case they would have looked like dental cavities on this exterior colour.

I have both. A 06 350 z touring 6m and a 2011 mustang gt 5.0 6m. Good review. Quick things to add. Mustang gets 31 mpg, z gets 25 highway. Stock mustang is faster than a built z.I've replaced two transmissions in mustang. One clutch in z. Z has 233,000 miles and mustang has 155,000 miles. Owned both since new pretty much. Z is not good for people 6'3 200lbs after a hour of driving. Balls hurt, legs cramped. Seats are too narrow. Not enough leg room. Cant recline seat. Is heavy for what it is. Two totally different cars like you said. The Z needs a LS swap and it would be the ultimate car. The daytona blue 350z gets a lot more attention than my competition white 5.0. but that 5.0 will rip that Vq to shreds and has the potential to make tons more power. Top of the food chain right now and has been 13 years. Too bad that coyote won't fit in the z... CUZ THAT WOULD BE SICK

I have this exact model of car but in a different color. My gas mileage is normally around 30 in the city, and 33-35 on the highway depending on the speeds. This model of car DOES have lumbar support as part of the power seat. I’ve got 63k miles on it, and taken it on several multiple times-thousand mile road trips, and it’s been pretty comfortable. So for me it’s been a good car. The only thing I don’t like are the halogen headlights - not great.

Thank you that you were honest and didn't lie and say you are 6 feet like almost all male car reviewers. I'm always waiting for the car reviewer to say they are 6 feet tall. I would much rather buy a car from a car reviewer that doesn't say the same old 6 feet tall. I don't know if you are a car salesman but I would likely buy from you because you seem very honest not saying you are 6 feet tall. You would have to sell the car for no more than retail with no add-ons I don't want. Also, I rented a Nissan Versa that was around a 2016 years ago, and it put me in a lot of pain in my back due to tge seat, so I know what you mean. New Subscriber a d thanks for your honest review.

I test drove a 2020 and new 2024 Soul and they were OK but nothing great. The 4 year old Soul has 60K miles on it and a few buttons were already wearing off. I ended up buying a 2015 ( 3rd gen ) Honda fit EX with 116K miles. It rode better, had a better stereo, sunroof, and absolutely no rattles or creaks. The underside looked new as did the interior. A 1 owner car. Was 11k before taxes. I personally prefer a Fit over a Soul, even a used Fit over the new Soul. I know the Fit will go 200K + miles, can't say that about the Soul. The proximity key with start/stop is amazing. It never has to leave my pocket. I lost the use of my left hand, it is extremely easy to drive 1 handed. The soul isn't bad, the Fit was just better. The 2018-2020 Fits have lane warning and some other safety stuff the 2015-2017 don't have. I don't miss them, less to break in the future. The Fit has a 5 star crash rating also, I think the Soul is 4 star. Oh, I drive pretty hard around town ( no one beats me off the line ) and I just got 34 mpg on winter gas. 38-40 mpg would be easy to get if I drove easier.
